What’s in the Box

This neat package, which INCLUDES our 1W CE Marked (EU Standard) stereo transmitter, and one tuned dipole antenna with 12 metres of cable. This combination gives exactly 1W ERP from the dipole antenna, The package was originally designed for use for low power broadcasting in New Zealand. However it is suitable for any low power broadcasters wishing to cover a small complex such as a university complex, hospital grounds, very small village, theme parks etc.

Operation

Any frequency between 87.5 to 108MHz can be accurately programmed on the internal dip switches accessible from the underside panel in a few minutes. Expensive test equipment is NOT required, set up is a simple task using the LED's on the front panel. The transmitter operates from a 13.8V DC supply or the supplied AC adapter (100 - 250VAC). This makes it suitable for use on a standard power pack or automobile power system anywhere around the world.

When used with suitable audio limiting equipment, this complete set of equipment used as delivered without any modifications, including it's power supply, the dipole antenna and the 12 metres of antenna cable, complies with New Zealand Radio Communications Regulations (General User Licence for Low Power FM Broadcasting) Notice 2010 Schedule 1 Transmitter Emission Requirements. It also complies with EU Telecommunications ETS 300384, EMC EN 301 489-11 and Safety LVD 2006/95/ and also ITU-R BS.450-3 (11/01) FM Broadcasting at VHF.
